The Enerspin Series
Enerspin specializes in custom Slip-ring solutions, but, in order to meet the “last minute” needs of some customers, and at the same time be competitive from a commercial point of view, we have decided to create of the “series” whose mechanics are always available in our warehouse. The series mainly differ in diameter and type of coverage according to the diagrams below. If you have no size limits, with a solution of our DXX series, you will have a product with Made in Italy quality at the best price on the market.
The D11 Series
The D11XX Series is characterized by an external diameter of 110mm, the possibility of having a through hole and a rotation speed up to 200rpm. Designed to carry power signals up to 500V / AC / DC – 20A, as well as communication signals up to Industrial Ethernet and / or Powerlink® at 100Mbit. Depending on the configurations, the D11 Series can reach up to 25 simultaneous signals. The possibility of adding an air joint is always available for this series.
The D13 Series
The D13XX Series is characterized by an external diameter of 135mm, the possibility of having a through hole and a rotation speed up to 200rpm. Designed to carry power signals up to 500V / AC / DC – 20A, as well as communication signals up to Industrial Ethernet and / or other industrial buses up to 100Mbit. Depending on the configurations, the D13 Series can reach up to 25 simultaneous signals.
The D17 Series
The D17XX Series is characterized by an external diameter of 170mm and rotation speed up to 200rpm. Designed to carry power signals up to 500V / AC / DC – 20A, as well as communication signals up to Industrial Ethernet and / or other industrial buses up to 10Mbit. Depending on the configurations, the D17 Series can reach up to 20 simultaneous signals. The possibility of adding an air joint is always available for this series.
The D22 Series
The D22XX Series is characterized by an external diameter of 220mm, the possibility of having a through hole and a rotation speed up to 200rpm. Designed to carry power signals up to 500V / AC / DC – 100A, as well as serial communication signals (CanBus, CanOpen, Profibus, RS485). Depending on the configurations, the D22 Series can reach up to 50 simultaneous signals. The possibility of adding an air joint is always available for this series.
